"In the acquisition of faith, evidence stimulates desire, desire brings forth hope, and hope matures into faith, which is a principle of action and power."
- Principles of Perfection, by Hyrum Andrus
This is a great quote about faith and knowledge. Faith will bring knowledge which brings forth action and power. Once you receive the knowledge from your faith you will mover forward with your new knowledge toward an action. You will move forward because you will know that your knowledge came from God because of the exercising of your faith.
Principles of Perfection is a very interesting book that dives deep into some spiritual ideas and actions. It is definitely worth the read.

We can with confidence set a goal to make this Christmas brighter than the last and each year that follows brighter still. The trials of mortality may increase in intensity, yet for us, darkness need not increase if we focus our eyes more singly on the light that streams down on us as we follow the Master. He will lead us and help us along the path that leads upward to the home for which we yearn.
-President Henry B. Eyring
I like how this quote states that darkness does not need to increase in our lives even though our trials may. It shows that we have the power to become more than we are. We hold the power, and through our agency we can become stronger and closer to God. The Christmas season is a perfect time to start. With all the caring people around each of us it only takes one kind act to start down the path of light and service. I am grateful to all of those people out there that have provided service to me. Thank you, and have a Merry Christmas.

Class Action Lawsuit
I have filed a Class Action lawsuit today against all the banks that are participating in the Making Home Affordable Program (HAMP). If you are facing foreclosure or are having a hard time making your mortgage payment you need to contact my law firm to be a part of this lawsuit. The banks are not following the program and we need to force them to be accountable. Loan Modifications under HAMP can reduce your monthly mortgage payment! I filed the class action in Federal Court in Utah. My firms contact information is listed below.

New Law Firm in South Ogden
I wanted everyone to know that I have switched law firms. I am no longer with Coggins, Larreau & Lythgoe PC. They were very good to me and I really enjoyed everyone I worked with there.
I have now partnered up with James Nichols and Matt Wadsworth and our firm's name is Nichols, Wadsworth & Arnold PLLC. We are located in South Ogden at 955 E. Chambers St. Ste. 220, South Ogden Utah 84403. I am really excited about this opportunity and what will happen in the future. Our phone number is (801) 475-0123. If you want to follow me on twitter my account name is ZagEsquire.
We are setting up a loan modification seminar next month showing people how to do loan modifications on their own. We will provide everyone with the paperwork that they will need and the coaching they will need. If you have any questions let me know or call our office.
Thanks

I just wanted to let everyone know that I got the new iPhone. The video is totally worth the upgrade, and the phone seems to be a lot faster with the Internet. The 3gs is worth the money. By the way get the 32 gb one, plenty of storage space. Thank you Apple.

Xbox 360 Top Games of 2008
I thought since I play so much Xbox 360 (a myth believed by many) that I would list my top games of 2008.
1. Gears of War 2
2. Bad Company
3. Burnout Paradise
4. Fable 2
5. Dead Space
6. Left 4 Dead
7. NBA 2k9
8. College Football 2009
9. Madden 2009
10. Call of Duty: World at War
I really enjoyed playing Gears of War 2. That game was amazing in HD. That game was meant to play in HD. The online was not as fun. The best game to play online by far was Bad Company. The maps are big, and you it is 12 on 12. I am still playing Bad Company online. Bad Company was the only game I played while I studied for the bar. Call of Duty; World at War was good, but it was a let down after playing Call of Duty 4. Fable 2 was a surprise to me. I have never been into those kind of games, but that one definitely had me hooked. I would appreciate comments from people who have played these games and their thoughts on them. If you don't have a Xbox 360 you need to get one and check out these games. Later

Revelation
"Revelations will probably never come unless they are desired. I think few people receive revelations while lounging on the couch or while playing cards or relaxing. I believe most revelations would come when a man is on his tip toes, reaching as high as he can for something which he knows he needs, and then there bursts upon him the answer to his problems." Spencer W. Kimball, March 11, 1963
This quote is right on. I need revelation. But what am I willing to sacrifice to receive such? Am I really on my "tip toes" reaching for what I need? This is a challenge for me. I get too comfortable at times, and it is at those times that I know a trial is right around the corner. I need to be better.
